There are mainly three types of dutch weave wire mesh, including plain dutch weave, twilled dutch weave, and reversed dutch weave. These types of wire mesh are available in Stainless Steel AISI304(304L), and AISI316(316L). Besides, some of them also could be done with mild steel, or special alloy, depending on your unique use and requirements.

Plain Dutch Weave type has more strength and rigidity than normal woven mesh and better filtration capabilities.

Each warp wire with a bigger wire diameter passes alternately over and under one weft wire to offer high tensile strength for the mesh.

Twilled Dutch Weave offers even higher strength and finer filtration rates. In the twilled weave, the wires cross two under and two over, allowing heavier wires and higher mesh counts.

Reversed Dutch Weave wire mesh also uses two sizes of wire diameter, finer wire in one direction and coarser wire in the other direction. In reversed dutch weave, the coarser wire is in the weft direction and the finer wire is in the warp direction. This is different from the Plain and Twilled Dutch Weave types.
